EasyTime supports two accounts per client, a trust account (retainer), which can be utilized for automatic payments and an ESCROW account to record other transactions.
Balance
The current account balance is shown here, adding up all deposits minus all disbursements.
Retainer Billing Options
Retainer Billing
If this option is active, automatic retainer payments are made on all new invoices for this client. The total invoice amounts is paid up to the amount currently hold in this account. A payment history entry and a entry in the trust account transaction history are automatically created. Automatic payments are always listed with the invoice number the apply to.
Replenish Retainer
If this account requires a minimum balance being held, check this option. On the next invoice a new item will be added to the invoice total, indicating how much must be paid to ensure this minimum.
