How Do I Install the Component?

The component will be installed trough Adobe Extension Manager, you just have to unzip the package and click on the *.mxp file.




How Do I Register the Extension?

In order to register the component, after installation, you’ll have to open the Flash and then open the Components Panel (press Ctrl+F7 or select Components from the Window Menu). Then drag and drop the component  on stage.

 After this you will have to open the Component Inspector (press SHIFT+F7 or select Component Inspector from the Window menu)and here you will be prompted to register your copy of Creative TextFX using the license key received by email.

Where do I find the Component?

The component can be found in the Component Panel under Extend Components folder. To open the Components Panel press CTRL+F7 or select Components from the Window Menu




How do I configure the effects (the component interface)?

The effects can be configured trough the Component Inspector Panel. To open the Components Panel, press SHIFT+F7 or select Component Inspector from the Window Menu.

Where Is The Documentation?

The documentation can be accessed by pressing the HELP button that can be found at the bottom of the component interface.




Multiple Licenses

The license is a one user/one device and cannot be used simultaneously on two devices.

In order to transfer the license from one computer to another you have to reset the serial number, to do that you have to:

Because it’s a one user/one device license the product will not work anymore on the other computer when you transferred the license.




When I try to register the component I receive the following error code:




Reinstalling the component

Before successfully reinstalling the component you need to reset your license. In order to do that you have to:

  1. Login to you Extend account
  2. After that go to Account> My products
  3. Click on the correspondent Reset Key button
  4. Now you can install the product on the new device

Please note that if you don’t reset the license you will receive ERROR CODE 201
